Creator Chronicles Guild Recruitment: Houses, Roles, Professions & Mood

Recruit guild members efficiently by matching vacancies to combat roles and town professions, then protect the members worth keeping.

Quick answer

Do not recruit by name alone. Every invite consumes scarce housing, while each member needs to justify the slot through a combat role, a profession, or both. Keep at least one vacant house when hunting a specific profession, and check mood before repeatedly sending the same fragile member into bad fights.

The housing rule that causes the most early frustration

Practical rule

Before waiting on a rare Fisher, Alchemist or Blacksmith, create one vacancy first. Housing is recruitment capacity, not decoration.
